Can I send daily reminders, like a coaching check-in, by email or SMS?

Yes. Use a schedule trigger: set the workflow to run on a schedule, for example every day at a set time, and add an Email or SMS step that sends the reminder. Email, SMS and the other steps are all available in the same workflow. Sending SMS requires completing the text messaging registration process first.
